Return & Exchange Policy

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of each RÉNASH piece. As each item is made to order or curated with special detailing, we currently do not offer returns.

However, we do allow exchanges in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.

• You receive an incorrect item.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

• Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Ensure the item is unused, with original tags and packaging.

Once we verify your request, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are not accepted on customized orders.
