1. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Currently, RÉNASH ships only within India. We’re working on expanding internationally soon.


2. How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually dispatch within 5–7 working days, depending on the intricacy of the design and availability. Delivery can take 5–10 days based on your location.


3. Are your products made-to-order or ready stock?

Most of our haute couture and embroidery pieces are made-to-order, ensuring the finest craftsmanship. Some limited edition items may be available as ready stock.


4. Can I customize an outfit?

Yes, we offer customization on selected products. Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your request.


5. What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return. See our Return Policy for full details.


6. How do I care for my outfit?

We recommend dry cleaning only for all RÉNASH pieces, especially those with delicate embroidery or beadwork. Store them flat or hung inside a breathable garment bag.


7. What if I ordered the wrong size?

Contact us immediately. If the product hasn’t shipped, we may be able to assist. Once shipped, sizing issues on made-to-order items may not be eligible for exchange.
